Game Day Volunteers


Kelseyville Youth Football League is a 100% volunteer organization and would not be successful without our dedicated parents.  A “home” Chiefs game day requires 40+ volunteers to run smoothly.  A work bond encourages our families to maintain the excellence that we have achieved and will try to maintain for years to come. To that end, each family is required to complete a minimum of six (6) volunteer hours of various duties (during home game days) throughout the season. At the end of each season, we are only as strong as the volunteers who willingly commit their time and energy to our success. After all volunteer hours are completed and verified by the Volunteer Coordinator, the work bond will be refunded at the end of the season.

Below are some examples of the volunteer assignments available. 

• Snack Shack - Food prep; cashier
• Entrance Gate - Collect money and verify entrants 
• Chain Gang - Work the field chains and down marker
• Announcers Booth - Announcer/Clock
• Merchandise-collect money and sell Chiefs gear
• Clean up

You will have an opportunity to schedule your volunteer hours with the Volunteer Coordinator. Time and location TBD.
